Senator Ronald Russell: I love, I, I just walk out here just now and I aks them, people in the chambers and good afternoon to everybody and let me give all the accolades to your, the staff. Because I went here to aks them and your staff is here in support a you, right? That's who's here.

Attorney Vincent Frazier: I think so. I hope so.

Senator Ronald Russell: Yet, and, a yeah. You right. And you know, I like to see when people support leadership. Maybe the leadership of this institution need a type of support from St. Croix people instead of supporting the Klu Klux Klan. And the people should come out and support the leaders like Serville. And we need to get license and consumer protection for the airwaves so people just can't go on the airwaves and say what they want, but let's get back to the question.

OK now. There's a couple things I want to aks you. Because, I want to say, that, licensing, rules and regulation enforcement, penalties, and prevention of some abuse . . .
